Pilgrim people and pilgrim images. We already knew that we were to go together, Apostles of Love, the three of us to Medjugorie from February 27 to March 6, 2019 for a pilgrimage Everything was as if prepared, announced, the extraordinary stories themselves, the sequence of extraordinary events and Mary, all the time Mary, who invited us there anyway. I only knew one thing, that we had to take the icons, the two paintings, and I kept calling my brother and saying just remember, take the two paintings in your suitcase, just take them. – But what for? – he asked me. I say – I don’t know myself, I just don’t know, will we display them during mass, put them in the dining room? I totally don’t know, I know that we should take them. Let’s just do it, let’s take these two paintings with us on our pilgrimage. These two paintings already had their own extraordinary story. The first one was painted by Basia, it was her first painting, which she first donated to the Work for the Evangelization of the Poor and Afflicted. And she brought it on the eve of Our Lady of the Scapular on July 15, 2018 and gave it to us. Our Lady bearing the Holy Spirit. The best bride of the Holy Spirit. The second image, an icon painted by Marek Sidlo. This is also an unusual story, because when I was at the retreat in Lodz, Poland, at the workshop with Damian Stayne from November 2 to 4, 2018, I heard that – the SHEPHERD told me to call Marek and this icon he is to give it to me for the Work. This is what one nun told me what she heard in prayer and so I did. I called quite an unknown person at the time about this painting, very valuable to him and unusual. The icon of Saint Mary Magdalene. The saint coming out of the shadows, the apostle of the apostles. It would take a long time to talk about this painting, I received this painting on December 9, 2018 in Szczecin. It was personally handed over. And these two paintings, I knew we were to take to Medjugorie. They were packed and went with us. Every day on the pilgrimage something happened. In the evening one day we sat at the table, opened the albums and began to show what the Lord God is doing for the homeless, addicts what miracles, what extraordinary things, how He is manifested in their lives, how He touches them. And so the telling of testimonies began. Then Marek had a testimony, and standing with this icon, which was accidentally, or actually probably not accidentally taken, he told his story of meeting God. Then the testimony was told by these two icons, because a need arose, among the pilgrims, for these two images to wander around the rooms. And so, they began their journey from room to room throughout the overnight pilgrimage in Medjugorie.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

We had no plan when taking these icons, and the pilgrims themselves talked to God by looking at them after listening to the testimonies. I saw it with my own eyes when I entered one room, I look, and the icon is standing at the headboard. It was as if someone was asleep the whole time looking at it.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Pilgrim people and pilgrim icons. It was an extraordinary trip, an extraordinary pilgrimage of all of us, our stories to Mary constantly carrying the Holy Spirit and leading us to Jesus. May Jesus be glorified, for all the participants in this pilgrimage, those who made the pilgrimage there with the icons, who received the paintings into their rooms, for those who took us on this pilgrimage and for those who painted the two paintings. Be glorified Lord breathe the Holy Spirit into them. Amen<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

It is worth listening to the Holy Spirit, even in such seemingly minor matters. I heard at prayer – Take two icons, but, why? Even when you don’t know what for! I see how worthwhile it was to take them. How much they made a difference in this pilgrimage, and the participants of the pilgrimage, prayed, before them, asking the grace of conversion and new life to others. For those who needed it, these testimonies and these two icons were such a link for them to talk to God about those who need conversion. God be glorified! It is worth sticking to Mary, who leads us to God, to her Son Jesus.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n
