People are born of the spirit at different times, you yourself do not know when it can happen and when it will happen. It happens when it is supposed to happen. You know the passage in the Gospel of St. John, Jesus’ conversation with Nicodemus, about the second birth. When Jesus said:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

„Truly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God. That which is born of the flesh is flesh, and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. Do not be surprised that I said to you, You must be born again. The wind blows where it wills, and the noise of it you hear, but you do not know where it comes from and where it goes. So it is with everyone who is born of the Spirit.” „\/ J 3, 5- 8 \/

Everyone who is born of the Spirit. And so a year ago, on February 7, an article about the Work of Evangelization of the Poor and Afflicted ” Rescue for the Afflicted” was published in the weekly Sunday magazine in Lesser Poland and the day after, it was Monday, we unexpectedly had triplets born. I know how it sounds, but that’s what it is- Triplets were born of the Spirit! The morning I got up on Monday that evening I would meet three homeless people who would say they wanted to change their lives. Who will say they want to confess, they want to make a retreat and they don’t want to live like this. The morning I got up on Monday, I didn’t know that these three people, I would put on a train and that the next morning they would get off in another part of Poland, with the decision that they want to change their lives. They want to be closer to God, and that they want to be together and help each other.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

It was like the wind, like a breeze, it rustled and they were born of the Spirit. Grace. When we went to the train it turned out that there was a train in half an hour without waiting they got on the train and set off. Another person got on the train in three hours. Also three people were already on their way. All of them together got off the next day on Tuesday at 6 am in southern Poland. And I call unexpectedly, someone answered the call<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

– Will you take care of these three people for one night? Times are what they are, so unexpectedly, well triplets were born. Will they have an overnight stay with you?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

And the answer came – Yes, let them come.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

I called people, well, because it is necessary to collect food. Let the host give some potatoes, some eggs, let everyone take out of the refrigerator what they can, walk around the people, there will be food and enough for a week. And then it will be fine, because triplets were born.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Three people born from the Spirit, unexpectedly. They started going to church to Jesus, to the sacraments, confession, mass together, sat in the pews together, ate together, helped each other, and after a week they already had work, but they prayed.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

The wind blows where it wants to, and you hear the noise of it, but you don’t know where it comes from or where it goes. Maybe you don’t understand what it means to be born of the Spirit, oh triplets were born, how were you born? When I talk to homeless people they often say, I guess I would have to be born again. I have often heard this from them. They understand and you don’t? What does it mean to be born again? It means to start completely anew, differently, as if you were born again. And when you bathe in the Holy Spirit, in God’s grace, when you cleanse yourself in the sacrament of penance, confess your sins before God and stand before Him receiving HIM in Holy Communion – you begin completely anew. And these triplets born of the Holy Spirit did just that.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Jesus be glorified in all those who took under their roof, in all this family let Jesus be glorified, in those who gave food and in those who helped in the following day. Be Lord glorified that you give birth to people again and again, that you blow where you will and that we can hear you. Be glorified and exalted Lord, that You give us Your Spirit, may He blow as He will and where He will. Amen<\/h4>\n\n\n\n
