To give everything to God? To give away a given situation, decision, events, easy to say. but in practice? In the Gospel of St. Matthew chapter 11 verse 28 Jesus says ” Come to me, all of you who are afflicted and burdened, and I will comfort you.” It’s July 2020, the end of July, vacation planned, and we are to go to the Bieszczady Mountains. Everything is prepared, including the route, but there is one man who trusts me, who is waiting for therapy, but he is homeless in another part of Poland and has nowhere to spend the night and nothing to eat. Can I go on vacation leaving him? But where do I put him so that he will wait more safely? I take the car and drive around people and ask myself – maybe you want to take someone in for 10 days to work,give him food and accommodation, something to help you. So that he has care, so that he has, with whom to talk, so that he is not alone. I drive around and ask around. I even went to a men’s monastery, to hermitages, to various places, and nothing and nothing, and yet I have to make a decision. I say Jesus since, on the one hand, you say that it is necessary to work, but rest, on the other hand, how do I leave this man? JESUS do something. When I have gone around all the places like this, and the departure date (tomorrow) is approaching I get a call
– Hello this is a police officer, this person is in custody, for some guilt from years ago. is to sit for how many years. Buying her out is 500 zloty. Do you pay the bail or is he supposed to stay?  
The time to stay in jail was exactly how long my vacation was supposed to last, a strange coincidence. And just now, when nothing was found. Lord Jesus what do You want? What do You want?  I rethink the matter and say – God if You say so and I gave it all to You, so I tell the policeman – No, I won’t pay the bail. Let him pray, he’ll have food, he’ll be safe, he’ll get out and he can go to therapy.  But somewhere the matter sat in my heart. After returning, one conversation, another, and I ask the man  – 'How was it in that prison, in that detention center for those previous faults of yours’, and the man answers – 'It’s good that I was there, I already know one thing – I don’t want to go to prison again’. And this prison was then a turning point for him. He made a decision – I don’t want to go there again. He was supposed to talk to his colleagues, and maybe they want a change? 'They didn’t want to talk, and I don’t want to be in that place anymore’. When I heard this I understood that it was God who planned it.  
May JESUS be glorified in what happens, in the fact that we can give it back to Him, and in the fact that He speaks through events and really wants good for us. If we give it back to Him, come to Him, then HE leads us. Sometimes I don’t understand it, I don’t know what to do, but HE knows everything. May JESUS be glorified in these situations, known and unknown, may He reign, may He prevail, may He attract with love Amen.
