Let heaven and earth rejoice. Whenever I hear the command of Jesus who sends and gives the command \/ Matthew 10:8 \/ „Heal the sick, raise the dead, cleanse the lepers and cast out evil spirits. Freely you have received freely give ” I take it to heart. It has not happened to me, yet, that after praying, the dead were raised. Maybe, it’s because I haven’t prayed over the dead yet, but… is the soul or the body more important?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

At the „Begin Again” retreat I am standing in the hallway men waiting for confession are preparing. Someone says – Do you know that I am already dead?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

– How are you dead?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

– Well I’ m dead! I have already been buried and got a tombstone, There was a funeral mass. I am no longer in the papers.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

– How are you gone?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

– Well, you see I have already been taken for dead. Some homeless person somewhere died unrecognized and I was 'buried’ instead of him.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Something like this in my life I have never encountered. Such a story! But it turned out true. A man stands in front of me, who is nowhere to be found in the papers, and goes to confession. He starts a new life, a bizarre thing. What’s more, during mass the boy sings – Sing to the Lord a new song. Sing to the Lord, all the lands. Bless Him. Let Heaven and Earth rejoice.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

He was homeless for 16 years. In January 22nd, 2018 we went together to start a new life. Detox, therapy, then further therapy, further places where he, step by step, stood up. He sang this psalm at the end of his first year of new life, and I was able to sing Hallelujah Hallelujah afterwards.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Today marks 4 full years of his new life. Heaven and earth rejoice for what the Lord God is doing. „Heal the sick, raise the dead, cleanse the lepers, cast out evil spirits. Freely you have received freely give” \/ Matthew 10:8 \/.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Soul or body? Which is more important? He was dead and came to life, he was lost and found. Hallelujah! Hallelujah! Hallelujah! The boy after a year of new life, at the retreat sang a psalm – 'Declare His glory among the nations, His wonders among all peoples’ \/ Ps 96 \/ He sang it , a new life after 16 years. God be glorified. It’s a wonderful power to sing His glory and to look at it and listen to the singing and what God has done and will continue to do!<\/h4>\n\n\n\n
