Scripture is full of God’s promises. God gives a promise if He sends you somewhere, or gives you assignments, and God is always faithful to those given promises. The question is, am I always faithful? Do I take this promise as concrete? Precisely, Lord please multiply my unquenchable faith, which always gives joy, always! In St. John 16:24 I read „Ask and ye shall receive, that your joy may be full.”  This is a concrete Word!<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

I talk to the homeless about many topics, like the home of the apostles of love, which we are constantly looking for, donkeys that will carry us or how we will park them i.e. tie them up in front of the church probably need to organize a special parking lot for donkeys for the time of mass, making concrete pots, writing icons, rosaries, growing plants, i.e. ways to live when you are just starting to get on your feet, awakened by the Holy Spirit. For about 2 years, the topic of candles began to come up in conversation, which somehow came to me as a good thought during one of the prayers, and enthusiastically accepted by one homeless man living on the street at the time. Candles, they want to make candles. Since God says so it will happen. Only how should it be? Where? How? One asks and thinks.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

But I made a decision at that time, without finding answers to these questions, that I would start buying yogurts in small glass containers that would fit perfectly for these first candles. Every once in a while, we would buy yogurts as a family, eat them, and the jars would wander into a cardboard box. Since God spoke and promised, this was the first step of faith for me. After a year of time, after the death of this homeless man, I began to look for beeswax, asking the question to people I met – or maybe you have a beekeeper friend ? I am looking for wax. I knew that God himself would choose the best place and time for his promise to be fulfilled. And so, living in this God’s promise, we ate more yogurts and May 2022 came, a time when every day for a whole month at 7 a.m. Mass is celebrated for the 'Work of Evangelization of the Poor and Afflicted’ in honor of the Blessed Virgin Mary, the Bride of the Holy Spirit. I knew it was going to be an extraordinary month. To another person I inadvertently asked the same question as always – How about knowing a good beekeeper? I am looking for good beeswax from which I want to make candles for the homeless, addicts, the poor. Yes, and this time there was an unexpected answer from the man I casually asked<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

– Of course I know, this week you will have it, natural, not the artificial one. When the man stood with a large disc of beeswax on Saturday, May 21, I didn’t know whether to laugh or cry, I was stunned. God remembered what he promised, he found a time and place to evangelize through the candle-making.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

 – It’s a good thing that when you walked and prayed like that, that wax didn’t fall from the sky, like the Israelites had manna in the desert when they were on their way to the promised land – I was told by the woman from whom I was telling this testimony about the wax and God’s promise.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

– Yes, that would have been quite a sight! But actually it fell from heaven for me, that’s how I see it. There will be collective candle-making, singing, prayers, and the donations collected in this way, will help send people in need to Mary, because can it be otherwise?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Now it remains to make candles, and wait for the fulfillment of more of God’s promises. „Ask and ye shall receive, that your joy may be full”\/ John 16:24 \/. There are times when a person can burst into tears from this joy! „The mountains melt like wax before the image of the Lord, before the image of the Ruler of all the earth.” \/ Ps 97:5\/. All obstacles melt before the face of the Lord.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

To the Eternal, Living and True God, praise and glory, forever and ever. Amen<\/h4>\n\n\n\n
