„If anyone is thirsty and believes in Me – let him come to Me and drink! \/ John 7:37<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

I walked with this thought for two whole weeks. I lead the meetings of the Ministry of the Word and before each one I pray for God’s guidance, for the Word for that meeting and for the participants, connecting online at these meetings. During the prayer I heard an inspiration – Take a slice of bread and a glass of water and read God’s Word dividing it into small bites, drinking water and chewing on a slice of bread.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

I think to myself: „JESUS, this is a way for children. they will think I am crazy, that they understand without this”. And so we discussed it with JESUS. He had his say, I had mine.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

But finally I broke down and said to Him, fine, I’ll do as you say, it’s difficult, let it be up to you, after all you know better, and you know them better, but we’ll stop with water. He agreed. We also agreed on the topic of drinking, as it was the best topic, which was about love, so the first Hymn about love from Corinthians chapter 13, 1- 13.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

It’s Thursday, they are all connected via the Internet, sat in front of their monitors with Scriptures and notebooks in front of them and I asked them to bring a glass of water. Without asking why, they went to get water.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

– Well, this is where it gets interesting, she thought. We all opened the Scriptures our Word of Life on the Hymn of Love and it began. The order of people reading the Word of God determined itself, after all we were not the directors of events, we started as always with a prayer to the Holy Spirit and to Him we gave the lead.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

I read a small bite of the Word from my scripture and a sip of water was sipped by all, then the next person the same Word from their scripture a sip of water, and so on and so forth.  In silence, Word by Word, verse by verse, from verse 1 to verse 13, sip by sip, repeating at the end several times the ending of the hymn or verse 13 – „Thus abideth faith, hope, and love – these three: of these the greatest is love.”<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

After the meeting Magda wrote – „At the meeting there was training in attentiveness to God’s Word. It soaked in like water. Who was there knows it. ” \/<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Ola wrote – „Love is patient, it is kind. Love does not envy, does not seek praise…God give me the grace to love as you love us !<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Ewelina wrote – „We did indeed swallow the word of God! We swallowed First Corinthians 13. We drank water on each word or expression to swallow it. As well as being filled with these Words of Life, words of joy, for it is a beautiful Hymn of Love, a Way that surpasses every way, we also received the Spirit of Joy, so that what we do fills us with joy.  Glory to God in our meetings and in every drop of water that I saved so that it would last until the end and in that cup of tea that someone unexpectedly took out”.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

And I wrote: „During the prayer I heard how to lead the meeting in a simple way, so that God Himself would only speak to us and so we did, I will remember for the rest of my life, the hymn about love” \/ Ania,<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Yes, it was an extraordinary Thursday meeting which continued on Sunday, the one closest to this Thursday. The Holy Spirit leads where he wants and how he wants, you just have to let yourself be led. „If anyone is thirsty and believes in me, let him come to me and drink! \/ J 7, 37<\/h4>\n\n\n\n
