Thank you that we can, that you want to talk about this testimony that touches directly your family and you personally.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Michal &#8211; Yes, I am also happy to talk about it and to share it, because it really is a miracle.&nbsp;<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ania- Well yes, a miracle. It is about the scripture and the fire.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Michael- That&#8217;s right<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ania- And tell me, when did this fire happen and in what month, what was it like.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Micha\u0142 &#8211; So yes, let me start by saying where this fire happened. It was in Rog\u00f3w, which is near Soko\u0142\u00f3w Podlaski. It was my wife&#8217;s family house, which burned down in January 2020. My wife&#8217;s dad, our dad, was living there at the time it burnt down. This house was simply a very special place for us, so to speak. My wife grew up there and we went there very often, practically every week. We also went there for holidays.&nbsp; Our children also liked it very much to be with grandpa and to spend time there, so it was a very special place for us, so it really affected us very much, the fire that took place. But what affected us the most was that as a result of that fire, my dad died after some time in hospital, just from the burns that he had. So it was a very difficult situation for us and the moment it happened it was very hard, very hard.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ania &#8211; And how did it happen with that fire, well, because on the one hand dad died, and on the other hand you experienced such a miracle from Jesus that He is alive and that He is in such an impossible way, because He is simply present in the book of the Word in the Holy Scriptures that was saved from that fire. Yes?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Michael: Well right now yes. Going back to the fire, the house burned to the ground. Practically the only things that survived from that house are three books of the Holy Bible, a picture of which I will send you, and I will also send you what the house looked like after the fire.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ania: So two books of the Old Testament and one of the New Testament? Yes?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Michael : I think so from what I remember. Two books of the Old Testament, one of the New. And apart from that, what survived, so to speak, from that house, was a cast iron fireplace. So, you know, the cast iron survived, so to speak, and everything else went up in smoke.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ania: And were there any other books, too?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Micha\u0142: There were. There were lots of books. That Holy Scripture that got burnt &#8211; which, interestingly enough&#8230; that didn&#8217;t get burnt but was in the fire &#8211; Michal corrects himself &#8211; was in a drawer in a cupboard that simply got burnt. Next to it were the candles, because it was actually in one drawer that the baptismal cloth was placed, I don&#8217;t know if it was my wife&#8217;s or my siblings&#8217;, and the Holy Scriptures were also placed there. The candles drowned, the wax spilled on one of the books of the Bible, but the Holy Scriptures survived.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ania: But can it be read? It is not covered in wax ?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Michael : Yes, it is readable. One copy, one volume is covered with wax, but it can be read.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ania : It survived to be read!<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Micha\u0142 : Yes. But there were a lot of books at home, because dad read a lot, he liked reading very much and he read ordinary books, but he also read the Holy Scriptures.&nbsp; It wasn&#8217;t that he only had the Holy Scriptures, he really read the Holy Scriptures.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ania: It&#8217;s amazing. And listen, and who brought out this Scripture? What was the story that you stood and looked at? How did they bring them out?&nbsp; How was it that these Scriptures were found? Who found it?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Micha\u0142: It was like that. About a week after the fire, we were supposed to clean up the burn site. When the police and firemen had already established the probable cause of the fire, it was a short circuit in the electrical system. We were able to tidy it up and my brother-in-law&#8217;s friends from the army came and they simply helped us tidy it all up and at one point one of the soldiers took out this Holy Scripture and put it on such a swing, I&#8217;ll also send you this photo, where the Holy Scripture is already on the swing. He said he had chills when he took it out. He said he was shivering as he took that Scripture out of the fire pit. Because at that moment we were cleaning up the wooden remains of the house, beams, bricks, he took them out of the sawdust, because there was sawdust for insulation on the wooden ceiling of the house and all this sawdust just fell down from above, and he took out the Holy Scriptures from the sawdust.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ania: Suitable for use?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Micha\u0142: Yes, absolutely!<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ania: So he, as a person who had taken part in many such things, could say that it was simply impossible.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Micha\u0142: Well, he said that he got chills, shivers down his spine when he took it out, so it speaks for itself. It is something unbelievable.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ania: And you?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Micha\u0142: When I saw it in general, you could say I was moved. For me it was a clear sign, a signal that God wanted to tell us something through this. Dad was still alive at that moment, when we took out the Holy Scriptures. But for us it was a signal when we wondered whether dad would come out of it, whether he would be able to function normally, whether he would have a place to live, and so on. But here, when we took out this Holy Scripture, this soldier who brought it, it was a sign for us, which gave us a lot of positive light, so to speak, on everything that had happened.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ania: It&#8217;s like God saying &#8211; I AM, behold I AM.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Micha\u0142: Yes, exactly, here, in human terms, something difficult to understand, to accept, so to speak, a fire in the house, my dad in the hospital in a very serious condition, and here, on the other hand, God says to us: Look, I&#8217;m here.&nbsp; I am here with you, I give you this as a proof that I am with you, and just stay firm in this, yes. Be certain that you are not alone, that it is no accident that this has happened. I mean, it&#8217;s hard in human terms, but in God&#8217;s terms, you know, we felt that it was the best time for God to allow this situation to happen.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ania: Yes, but tell me, what did you do with the Holy Scriptures afterwards?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Michal: Well, yes, I took the Holy Bible to our flat, I cleaned it, there was a lot on the surface, a little bit scorched, I cleaned it as much as I could and now it&#8217;s in our cupboard, it&#8217;s standing in such an important place in our house, next to our wedding photo.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ania: It should have a date listen The date when it happened When this miracle happened. In fact, in your hearts you have the date for sure. A family miracle<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Michal: Well, yes, you could chronicle it, so that it would have a place in the family chronicle somewhere.&nbsp; And apart from the fact that at that moment it stands . As I said, we wanted to tell others about this miracle at the funeral. Even before the funeral, many people knew about it, because we sent messages with a photo of the Holy Scriptures to our priests and to our friends from the community, and to many people, so to speak, with whom we wanted to share this information, that such a miracle had taken place, that the Lord God had told us &#8211; Listen, I am here. And that anything can happen. A house can burn down, but the Word of God will last forever, so that&#8217;s the beauty of it all.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ania : And that scripture that you put on your dad&#8217;s coffin? Or what you did at the time of the funeral ?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Michael: Yes . During the funeral, when the coffin was already brought into the church we put one copy of the Holy Scriptures on the coffin.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Anne&#8221; That one, that one<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Micha\u0142: Yes, yes, the one that survived as a testimony that God was also there in this difficult experience, God was there and He did not leave us. And he wanted to tell us that he was in it.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ania: Well, it is extraordinary. Unusual, really.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Michael: Well, extraordinary, it&#8217;s a fact<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ania: But I understand that you also read the Holy Scriptures at home?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Michael: Yes, we read. We read in our Home Church and I can honestly say that one of our commitments is to read the Holy Scriptures, so we read the Holy Scriptures as much as possible. As much as possible.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ania: You know, I was also touched by your testimony, because when you called, we wanted to help together, but you didn&#8217;t know that I also read the Holy Scripture in the sense that I also compose songs to this Scripture, some melodies come. And that was a kind of mobilisation for me &#8211; Anna, share it, Anna, share it.&nbsp; What power it has!&nbsp; And it was one of those things for me too, you came to help, and as if you also gave me a sign. This is how God works, you know. That&#8217;s the strength that God gives at times when it would seem that it&#8217;s hard to receive that strength.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ania; I also believe that the people who are going to listen to this, who read the Scriptures, or those who don&#8217;t, to be touched that this is the Word. It is not an ordinary book, it is an extraordinary book of the Word, which lives, lives in us and wants to live every day, not to lie on a shelf somewhere. It wants us to read, to live, to share, to tell about these miracles, because this Word survived such a fire. And it&#8217;s not somewhere else, because there are various testimonies like, you remember we shared that in other countries, but it happened in Poland, last January \/ 2021\/.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Micha\u0142: Yes, that&#8217;s right<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ania; And it was nearby, in the centre of Poland and in your family.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Micha\u0142: Yes<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ania: And we managed to meet.
